Open Board Positions

Vice President

Supports the President and oversees day-to-day club operations. Steps in when the President is unavailable and helps coordinate across all board roles.

Treasurer

Manages club finances including budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting. Ensures FUSA operates within budget and meets its obligations as a non-profit.

Boys Coach Liaison

Primary point of contact between the board and the boys coaching staff (FCS). Coordinates scheduling, field assignments, and communication between coaches and families.

Girls Tryout Coordinator

Organizes all logistics for girls tryouts — field reservations, check-in, scheduling, and family communications before and during tryout week.

Winter Training Coordinator

Organizes optional indoor winter training for boys and girls. Works with Coerver and FCS to confirm scheduling, communicate details to families, and manage registration.

Sponsorship & Fundraising Coordinator

Identifies and cultivates relationships with local businesses and sponsors. Organizes fundraising initiatives to support club programs and help keep fees accessible.

Club Branding & Recruitment

Maintains FUSA's visual identity and promotional materials. Leads recruitment efforts to grow participation and raise awareness of FUSA in the Fairfield community.

Community Outreach Coordinator

Builds relationships with schools, community organizations, and local groups. Helps ensure FUSA is accessible and visible across the Fairfield community.

Social Media Coordinator

Manages FUSA's Instagram and other social channels. Shares updates, highlights, and announcements to keep families engaged throughout the season.

Social & Event Coordinator

Plans and runs club social events — end-of-season gatherings, team celebrations, and family events that build community across FUSA.

Parent Manager

Serves as the team-level point of contact for a specific age group or team. Communicates schedules, coordinates game-day logistics, and supports team families.

Communications Coordinator

Manages club-wide communications including email newsletters and season announcements to keep all FUSA families informed throughout the year.

Memorial Day Parade Coordinator

Organizes FUSA's annual participation in the Fairfield Memorial Day Parade. Coordinates players, families, and logistics for the club's community presence.

General Volunteer

Help where it's needed most — at tryouts, tournaments, events, or wherever an extra hand makes a difference. No ongoing commitment required.
